The project centers around creating an immersive website dedicated to showcasing one SFMOMA art piece. It emphasizes dynamic visuals, and interactive features to engage users with both artworks and artist details.
Abstract dynamic representation
The homepage introduces a unique concept, featuring a dynamic representation of the artist's work through moving rectangles. These rectangles change color upon hover, adding an interactive and visually stimulating element.
Interactive title bounce animation
To enhance user engagement, titles throughout the website utilize a bounce animation (@keyframes animate). This animation adds a playful and dynamic touch to the overall design.
Lightbox and image zoom effects
Detailed viewing is facilitated through a lightbox, allowing users to explore high-resolution images. Additionally, an image zoom effect with a dedicated zoomer element offers an interactive approach to examining visual content.
Gallery grid and Carousel
Art pieces are presented in a responsive gallery grid, while a carousel component is employed for slideshows. Controls and pagination enhance the user's ability to navigate and appreciate the showcased content.
